We kick off this foundational training by assigning Laura’s proprietary communication style assessment as pre-work. This quick assessment empowers people to communicate more inclusively as they better understand the four different approaches to communication and how to accommodate to each style.

Geared toward mid-career IC’s and managers, we go right the point of how speaking with purpose, connecting to impact, listening to learn, and structuring your statement transforms your message into influence and visibility.

Speak with Impact (and Executive Presence)

Building on inclusive communication taught in “Communicate Better with Anyone”, this training brings everyone up to the next level of leadership through speaking with impact.

This is the skill that paves the road to senior leadership. Speaking with clear purpose, the correct level of context, and with structure helps the audience to retain the message and thus remember the speaker!

We also cover the mindset to succeed with intimidating audiences and show up in any meeting with executive presence.

Culture-Building Leadership

A 2018 Gallup study on core values found that “A values-driven culture can fuel organizational growth and attract top talent. Talented people want to work for an organization with a thriving culture.” We explore how values drive the culture and how virtual work conversations are either building the culture, or weakening it.
